Help is always a single click away

It is very crucial to assist users as they need help from time to time.  We have built a Help Card Architecture that will provide links to the details based on runtime configuration.

The following are key Help Card features to help you see the power of our framework:

  • Help Cards can be created with custom content or an external link to a wiki source
  • Metadata based configuration allows for a Help Card to be linked to one or more entities
  • Framework application will automatically display the Help icon based on configuration
  • Help window will display the custom content or the external link content as configured
  • Help custom content does offer embedded images and WYSIWYG editor for better description
